Princess Faraj is a couture fashion designer.

A fashion Director & producer known for her exquisite designs and innovative approach to fashion. Born and raised in Liberia and Lebanon, Princess Faraj developed a passion for fashion at a young age and pursued her dreams by studying fashion design at The Art Institute of New York City.

After graduation, Princess Faraj gained valuable experience working for several renowned fashion houses, including Necessary Object, Indashio” winner of Vivica Fox Show “ Glam God”, Pretty by design, Modern frock inc., Lux Tailor, Better Team USA, Virgil- Off White. During this time, she honed her skills in design development, Met-Gala -celebrity tailoring, production, and management, and gained a reputation for her ability to create unique and elegant designs, giving her insight, that appealed to a wide range of clients.

In 2014 launched her eponymous fashion label ModMara By Faraj Couture, which quickly gained a following for its couture designs and impeccable craftsmanship. Her signature style combines classic elegance with contemporary flair, using luxurious fabrics and intricate detailing to create one-of-a-kind pieces that capture the essence of modern femininity.

In addition to her work as a couture designer, She has worked with numerous high-profile clients, including Kendall Jenner Met-Gala 2018 loo designed by Virgil, Lupita Nyong'o, Trevor Noah, Odell Beckham, Little Mama, and one of the most sought-after celebrity stylists Micaela Erlanger.  Princess Faraj has a reputation for creating stunning tailoring garments for A-list celebrities right before attending Met Gala Red Carpet each year mostly for the late Vagal Off-White Brand working closely for his PR Firm.

Princess Faraj is also a fashion design instructor & fashion producer, overseeing Faraj Couture Creative Studio owned by her location in Union Township, New Jersey, and the production and management of fashion shows and events for her fashion production company FC Fashion Week. Her most recent memorable fashion show for Emerging Fashion Designer Runways last September 2022, left lasting impressions on all her guests in attendance!

She continues to push the boundaries inspiring up-and-coming fashion designers and others who love fashion design, she is always striving to create new and innovative new designs that capture the spirit of modern fashion jet setters.
